This isn’t about standing in front of a mirror and repeating simplistic “I am” statements. My Magical Thinking Ritual will teach you how to expect the best case scenario using three powerful and science-backed methods:
THE POWER OF AFFIRMATIONS: what we focus on expands and when we focus on uplifting and affirming language, we will feel that more in our lives
THE POWER OF REPETITION: the more we do something, the more default it becomes
THE POWER OF WRITING: when we write something down, it requires more cognitive focus, so it sticks (and given how much time we spend in front of screens, the analog nature of writing is more impactful than ever)
All you need are your affirmations that are designed for where you are right now (we’ll go over it in the workshop) and a journal you love (works best if the journal hasn’t been used yet so you can start fresh).

Hi, I’m Jamie and I’ve created a magical life in part because of this ritual
Back in 2016, I was in debt, frustrated with life, complaining constantly, not happy, and wasn’t able to stay consistent with my writing.
In 2017, I started writing a collection of the same affirmations down in my journal, over and over and over. I was shocked by how different my outlook became just from this simple and easy daily ritual.
Since then, and in part because of the positive and optimistic outlook this ritual gave me, I am now:

I never thought affirmations worked. In fact, I was a consummate skeptic, rolling my eyes at these cheesy statements. But now I consider this one of my most essential rituals and attribute it to nearly every single positive change I’ve made over the last 7 years.
